Good point. It ties in with a fantasy I just constructed: Already lamenting the coming winter months of no farmer's markets and not having the resources/proper storage area/inclination to "put up" our own storehouse of produce for the duration, I would love it if there were a business that canned/froze on a large scale from the markets around here and rented the proper storage for it, then sold items to customers throughout the winter. Mock me if you will...
