Time Out Chicago's David Tamarkin runs through a bunch of booze made near these parts. Maybe I'm a bit sensetive, but he seems less than fully enamored with the lot. Whether you agree with his tastes or not, it's a good starting point for local liquor.
I wonder what he thinks of D'Vine's grapey vodka?
